The space The apartment 70 sq meters in size, is with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with a toilet, terrace. With modern furnishing and household stuff the apartment is fully functional. My guests have free access to public parking in front of the building and swimming pool. Please ACCEPT the Pool rules: Jumping, Diving and Running is not allowed! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in/around Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can enjoy around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed! There is a Aperitif- Bar inside the Apartment-complex that offers hot and cold Drinks, sandwiches, ice cream. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs. Please, be informed that a section of 100 meters of the street leading to our complex is not asphalted.
