Unique home designed by internationally known architect Bart Prince with mountain and city views. Quiet neighborhood. Peaceful, away from city noise. Easy access to walking and biking trails. Enjoy the full house with spacious living areas and open floor plan. There are two patios and the bedrooms upstairs have open balconies with outstanding views. Tile floors have radiant heat downstairs which keeps the floor warm during winter. Perfect vacation home for visiting Albuquerque. There are two living areas downstairs - formal and informal - separated by the 8-seat dining table. The informal living area adjoins the open kitchen. There is another large sitting area in the back which offers even more space to spread out and relax. The bedroom downstairs has a bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms upstairs are large with one having its own work space with a 32" monitor and printer. Both share a full bathroom with separate access. Both bedrooms have their own open balconies with city and mountain views. The back balcony has excellent stargazing and the Milky Way is clearly visible during season. The washer and dryer are upstairs between the bedrooms to make laundry an easy task. A small refrigerator upstairs is stocked with sparkling water. The garage is a drive through so there is no need to back out the car. Easy access from I-40 in a secluded neighborhood. 2 car garage parking. I am very familiar with what Albuquerque has to offer and can help you choose activities and dining spots if needed. The kitchen cabinets are marked to show where everything is stored and the fridge is stocked with daily staples. Established neighborhood with custom homes with virtually no vehicle traffic. Home is near a cul de sac with friendly neighbors and great location for walking/hiking/biking and enjoying the outdoors. Parking in private garage with direct access to the home. Entire neighborhood is car accessible. The neighborhood offers excellent biking and walking with little vehicular traffic. Grocery stores, Einstein Bagels, local brewery and sushi bar is 1 1/2 miles down the hill.
