Its central location allows it to have the sea to the north, south and west between 12 and 20 minutes. This accommodation is unique in its exceptional environment on 4 ha, quiet and rejuvenating between forest, meadow and river. The space This cottage is ideal for all nature lovers who wish, after a busy day * to be able to settle in a serene place, away from the hustle and bustle, to be able to observe nature and its animals that come to visit us (foxes, deer, kingfisher, white wagtail, grey heron, dragonflies and damselflies...). *see "guest access" 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. 135 m² in total: Dining room / living room of 47 m², kitchen of 17 m², 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with two independent showers (3 showers in total). 2 separate toilets and 1 toilet in the ground floor bathroom adapted for PRMs, plus a beautiful terrace of more than 20 m². The cottage has a wood stove (logs of 35 cm max.). What to make a nice fire is included in the rental, but I can offer you wood for an extra fee if you want to enjoy evenings by the fire longer! Beds are made upon arrival, cleaning is included. Guest access Hiking or biking trails, the sea on all sides a few minutes' drive away, places rich in culture and heritage nearby. A supermarket 9 minutes away, another 12 minutes away, restaurants in all the surrounding towns (Douarnenez, Audierne, Quimper, Penmarch...) Warning: Recharging your electric vehicle is not possible in this accommodation. Other things to note The cottage is designed to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility: the entire ground floor (a bedroom, a bathroom, the living room, the kitchen) is accessible: large doors, large rooms allowing the smooth passage of a person in a wheelchair.
