We're excited to share our SuiteHaus with you and your party! We have a 5-star rating for our one-bedroom suite on AirBNB, this is our new whole-house listing. Our home was completely gutted in 2016, and then completely rebuilt in 2017 with the perfect blend of Craftsman heritage and modern conveniences. You will be welcomed and comforted in the home with a brand-new chef's kitchen, a "TapHaus" with two local craft beers on tap; and modern heating, electrical and plumbing. The space Rent our SuiteHaus! Located 1/2 way between the airport and US Bank Stadium, our home was gutted down to the studs and completely rebuilt to like-new in April 2017. It's located 6 blocks from the Blue Line light rail stop, 4.2 miles from the stadium (11-minute drive). There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plenty of room and comfort for 6 people. You'll have access to the TapHaus bar room, where we'll include 2 beers on tap. There are 4 flat-screen TVs. If you like to cook you can use the beautiful new kitchen with a 5-burner gas range and vented hood fan. There's a super-automatic espresso machine for your gourmet coffee needs. If that's too much for you, we'll include a regular drip coffee maker. The entire house is equipped with speakers and a Sonos system, so if you have, or download, the Sonos app, you can enjoy all the music you want. Wireless internet is included, and access to a printer. The main floor master suite features a king bed, and huge bathroom. The upper loft bedroom/office has a queen bed - note this is a loft area so it has a sloped ceiling that reduced headroom. The lower level bedroom has a queen bed and full bath, large sectional couch in the media room, the TapHaus bar room with two beers on tap and wine cooler/beverage refrigerator. There's also a full sized washer dryer for your use. This home served as the model for our home renovation business SuiteHuas. It's gorgeous, if we do say so ourselves.. A few things to note: 1) The 3rd bedroom is in the loft area, which has a low pitched ceiling. If you're tall you'll need to be careful. Glen is 6'2" and uses this room as a cozy office. 2) When we renovated we built our kitchen out into what used to be the dining room. For this reason, we do not have a dining or kitchen table. The kitchen counter ends in a rounded peninsula with stools for 6 people to eat together as if it were a table. We love it, but had previous feedback from one guest about it. We do have an outdoor dining area that is very peaceful, weather permitting. 3) We live in a city neighborhood. The homes are quaint, and close together. Please respect our neighbors and noise limitations. You'll also need to use reasonable caution by not leaving valuables or backpacks, etc. visible in your car. We've never had any issues, and want to keep it that way! Guest access The neighborhood is very walkable. Street parking is free with lots of space available. Other things to note We're located roughly halfway between the airport and the stadium. The rail station is a 12-minute walk, then a 10-minute ride to US Bank Stadium.
