Master suite located on 2nd floor with access through kitchen and loft area. Guest can walk to strip mall with grocery and liquor store, restaurants/bars, hairdressers, gym, outlet store, ice cream store. Centrally located for Horse lovers as we are 2.6 miles from Wellington Equestrian Center (6 min. drive) . Beach a 30 min and PBI at 25 minutes Centrally located in Wellington for the Equestrian lovers, quiet area at night and within walking distance during the day to go shopping for food, drinks and groceries. Movie theater and restaurants close by. Guests have access to property via main entrance or side entrance. Hosts will show to you and will provide with code. You can enjoy the salt system pool, covered patio with TV, fire pit, sitting/dinning area and dart board. Workout equipment can be use outdoor on patio area or upstairs on loft area. We may or not be in the property, so we allow guests to choose what type of interaction they prefer. Other guests may be in the kitchen or pool/patio area at times. Quiet and safe neighborhood, wide sidewalks to walk/run or ride your bike. Primrose park and a variety of shops within walking distance. Coming from PBI airport or Downtown train station? let us know- We can provide a ride to/from for $20 each way . From Miami airport, follow directions to Tri-rail (train terminal) and purchase the Downtown West Palm Beach station (2 hours ride $8) From Fort Lauderdale walk to the shuttle bus pick up, offered by Tri-rail and at the train station, purchase a ticket to downtown West Palm Beach (1 hour ride $7) Anywhere in Wellington you can bike ride. We have the flattest land, wide sidewalks, and bike lanes. We have bicycles available to rent ($15 a day). Pets up to 30 lbs allowed. Must be crated when guest leave them in room. For guests staying weekly/ monthly, the washer/dryer is available 1x a week and additional uses for a fee of $5 - no horse pads allowed. Refrigerator and kitchen stove/oven available in shared area if more spaced is allowed. Room has mini refrigerator available in the room.
