The apartment is within easy walking distance to the seafront promenade, restaurants, blue-flag sandy beaches, attractions, supermarkets and the Mall. The space The entire apartment is for your private use, complete with on-site parking space. You have full access to the communal pool and sun terrace. This spacious apartment offers newly furnished stylish interiors with all the modern comforts of home. Boasting an excellent location it is close to all that the popular resort of Kato Paphos has to offer. The apartment is located on a small residential complex comprising just 12 units, in a small block of only 6 units. Located on the complex is a dive center, where you can book trips, together with bicycle hire. Immediately outside the complex is a bus stop for easy transport links to the airport and further afield. The apartment enjoys an open plan living area and is well equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering holiday. Designed in a contemporary style, the apartment is furnished to an excellent standard. Master Bedroom: The spacious bedroom enjoys a king size double bed, bedside table and lamp. Fitted wardrobe. Patio door leading out to a large West-facing private veranda, overlooking the pool, which catches the afternoon sun. En-Suite Bathroom: Large bathroom with bath / shower, shaver socket, WC, his and hers wash basin with vanity storage unit and large mirror. Second Bedroom: The spacious bedroom enjoys a queen size double bed, bedside table and lamp. Fitted wardrobe, iron, airer. Patio door leading out to a large East-facing private veranda, which catches the morning sun. Guest Bathroom: With shower, shaver socket, WC, wash basin with vanity storage unit and mirror. Kitchen area: Stylish open-plan kitchen area with electric oven, touch screen electric hob, full size American-style fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and integrated dishwasher and integrated washing machine. Well equipped with all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils that you will need to enjoy a self-catering holiday. Dining table and chairs for 6 persons. The kitchen opens out to a second East-facing veranda which catches the morning sun. Lounge area: Overlooking pool with 3-seater sofa and 2-seater sofa. 55" flat screen colour Smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime (own accounts required). Patio doors leading out to large private West-facing veranda overlooking pool. Veranda: Generous sunny veranda overlooking the pool with sunbeds, table and chairs for alfresco dining. The private terrace overlooks the pool and catches the sun from noon til sunset. Notes: Fresh bed linen and towels for use inside the apartment are provided ready for your arrival. The apartment enjoys a washing machine and airer for your convenience. Fold out single beds can be arranged for the fifth and sixth guest. Liquid hand soap is provided, together with toilet paper for the first few nights. Cleaning sprays for the apartment are available for you to use, should you wish. They are stored in one of the kitchen cabinets. We follow airbnb cleaning and hygiene protocol. Air conditioning/heating units are installed in the living room and bedrooms. There is no additional charge for electricity therefore a/c and heating is provided on a fair use policy. A two hour timer switch is installed, which can be easily re-set as often as required, therefore guests can enjoy unrestricted use whilst inside the apartment. During winter months, an additional oil filled radiator can be provided upon request, with a contribution towards the running cost charged per kwh according to the meter. The apartment has 3-pin electrical sockets. There are 2 to 3 pin adaptor plugs in the apartment for you to use. For those who love history, Paphos will seem like seventh heaven. Its age old history and archaeological treasures have merited its naming as a world heritage site by UNESCO. Kato Paphos offers an excellent choice of blue flag sandy beaches boasting crystal clear waters, and there are several within just 500m of the apartments. Kato Paphos’ varied and spectacular scenery lends itself to nature lovers and there are several coastal routes to be enjoyed. A few minute's walk will take you to the main holiday area of Kato Paphos, centred around a picturesque fishing harbour and palm lined seafront promenade which is host to a plethora of open-air cafes and waterside restaurants, serving the catch of the day. Paphos Town is located 2 kilometres inland from Kato Paphos and is host to the local market which offers handmade craft, embroidery, leather, jewellery and pottery. The hustle and bustle of the hilly, narrow streets of Paphos Town is well worth a visit if you are looking for a taste of the authentic Cyprus. Alternatively, if you prefer modern, the newly built 'King's Avenue Mall' is just a 5 minute walk from the apartments and here you will find many of the high street shops from home, along with a cinema, TGI Fridays, Wagamama, Taco Bell, Costa Coffee, and Cafe Nero, to name a few. The food hall is perfectly situated out in the open air of the upper floor, ideal for watching the world go by. Kato Paphos Suites is an easy walk to all amenities including the more practical things you may need on a self-catering holiday. Everything is close to hand so a car will not be necessary during your stay. Facilities within a minute’s walk of the apartments include a 24 hour kiosk (corner shop), small supermarket, bakery, car hire, Scuba diving centre, bicycle hire,post office, pub and restaurant serving food from breakfast through til dinner. Other things to note Important Note: As is the case with much of Kato Paphos at the moment, there is construction of a residential building nearby, therefore there is potential for noise from time to time during working hours, however some days they do not work at all. The apartments are really well located, close to sandy beaches, Paphos harbour, cafes, restaurants the Mall and historic sites, so if there is a bit of noise during the day it is easy to avoid.
