Farmhouse with private lake

Relax with the whole family at our 1960's farmhouse on 35 beautiful acres overlooking our private lake. The house is older but has many updates and everything you will need for your stay. Whether it's for a few nights or longer. You will love the sunset views and enjoying being away from the hustle & bustle! You may also spot some deer and turkeys. Enjoy catch & release fishing in our lake. Perfect game day rental for families or friend groups! The space The best part about your stay will definitely be being in the country and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We do have a few extra air mattresses if needed. Very large living room with a big TV to watch all the games on! Dining table with seating for 6 with 2 extra chairs. Nice front porch and large back deck with propane grill. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee. We also have a ping pong table, foosball, basketball goal, 2 kayaks & a few fishing poles. Guest access We are about 16 miles from Walmart Supercenter, 20 miles to Bryant Denny Stadium, 11 miles to grocery stores and several fast-food restaurants. You have enough parking for at least 4 vehicles, possibly more. Other things to note You do not have access to the entire 35 acres. You are allowed to fish (catch & release) at the lake, but we prefer you stay on the side closest to the house. The house & 1 acre are fenced in for pets, but gate must be closed at driveway, see pictures of a highlighted area. Also, please stay out of the woods during hunting season! (Nov-Feb) We feel like the house will sleep 8 comfortably in the beds. However, not sure if 2 adults would like to sleep in the full-size bed. We do have a twin size & full-size air mattress in the house that can be used.
