Guest access The apartment is accessed by a wide stone staircase to the side of the house. From the front door there is a steep staircase leading to a central landing. All rooms lead off the central landing. Other things to note There is free off street car parking for one car. Electric charging point for one car in the driveway! Parking available for a second car on the road outside - permits available to purchase from the owner. No pets No smoking The flat is not suitable for toddlers as there is no barrier across the stairs in the apartment and there is a lot of mirrored and glass furniture and cream carpets! Babies and children over 4 years are welcome! Note there is no garden. We do not accept a Saturday arrival Minimum stay is 3 nights, 2 nights over a weekend. 3 nights over Easter weekend and 5 night minimum at Christmas and New Year.
