On the ground floor you will find a patio and a private terrace with a nice living room with a coffee table, a large kitchen equipped with the basics, a large dining room, televisions, chairs for sunbathing next to a cool pool, barbecue, showers and two bathrooms. The pool has a splash pool and ample space for swimming. Upstairs you have a room with a small breakfast bar, a kitchenette with a mini bar and a stove; two bedrooms with two single beds each (4 in total) and a master bedroom with a double bed. The entire floor has A/C and is connected by an exterior corridor that leads to the shower and vanity, bathroom, laundry area and a second terrace overlooking the mountain. Guest access The downstairs floor, with the common terrace, is ideal for resting, eating, socializing and enjoying the private pool. It has all the furniture, ceiling fans, TVs for your music or movies and accessories such as dishes and utensils to prepare dishes such as ceviche, snacks and drinks. As well as a rustic brick barbecue. The center of everything is the pool, designed so that the sun does not shine directly on it all afternoon, where no matter if you are on the terrace or in the spaces above, you can spend time with everyone from there.
