Our 3 Bdrm / 2.5 Bath home has 2 King beds, 2 Twins and a Queen sleeper sofa so it can accommodate up to 8 adults. Crib rental is also available for an added cost of $15/day. The space Our Indio home is located on one of the most unique and desirable properties in Indian Palms Country Club. It's central location within the complex and at the end of a cul-de-sac means minimal exposure to traffic ensuring safety for children and a very restful night's sleep. Being next to the golf fairway, our arbor covered side patio is the perfect place to meet new friends, entertain, view the activity on the pond nearby or just gaze at the sun as it slowly sets over the mountains to the west. This same view is also available from the gas fire pit area in the adjoining backyard, which is very private so you can fully enjoy the pool, spa and luxurious double sun loungers without having to worry about who's watching. The backyard privacy comes from having only one neighbouring property and being surrounded by lots of natural vegetation. This includes a large mesquite berm to the rear which is home to numerous song birds and hummingbirds. This combination makes an ideal setting for an evening spa under the stars or a morning swim and coffee. The house itself is recently furnished and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay (i.e. Washer/Dryer, 65” TV, 2 regular fridges, a separate wine fridge, gas stove, BBQ, microwave, bedding, towels, kitchenware, cutlery, smoke & CO2 detectors, pool alarms, etc.). Obviously we're somewhat biased but everyone who's ever been there agrees it's the perfect place for a very relaxing stay, while at the same time providing lots of amenities to keep you active and entertained. What more can you ask for in a vacation? Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the home with the exception of any areas where the owners' personal items are located (i.e. portions of the garage, locked front hall closet & 1/2 of Master Bdrm ensuite closet). Other things to note We request that all guests read our House Handbook prior to and/or during their stay to ensure proper operation and use for items like the pool/spa/gas fire pit controls. This handbook also provides valuable information on our Community HOA Rules & Regulations, Contact Info, Local Amenity & Resource Info and Departure Checklist, etc. A soft copy of this handbook will be provided for your review via E-mail after your booking has been confirmed and a hard copy is available on-site for reference during your stay. *PLEASE NOTE: Pool heating is not included in our rental rate. $30/day may apply to maintain a "normal" temperature of approx. 82-84F during the "cooler" months between Oct - May. Additional charges may also apply for any excess use or misuse of utilities like heating the pool beyond the setting outlined in our Handbook or using the spa and/or fire pit more than an average of one hour per day. Similar additional charges may also apply if the HVAC system (i.e. thermostat), pool, spa or fire pit are not returned to their normal 'non-vacant' settings prior to your departure as instructed in the Departure Checklist section of our House Handbook.
