Blazing-fast fiber WiFi that screams. Family-friendly, work-friendly, long-weekend-friendly. Shoes off, feet up… you’re here! The space Guests have access to the entire single-level home, including a full kitchen, living space with gas fireplace, dining area, laundry, and 2-car garage. Sleeping setup includes a king suite, queen bedroom, queen air mattress, and toddler bed. Outdoor spaces include a fenced yard, two patios, and BBQ grill. For your stay, there are two exterior security cameras on the property: one at the front driveway/entrance and one at the back patio. Both are outside-only. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including both private fenced patios (front & back), BBQ grill, washer and dryer, and 2-car garage. T One locked supply cabinet in the hallway is not accessible to guests. Two labeled wall switches should not be turned off as these are for the outside security cameras. HOA regulations do not allow trailers in front of the home or driveway. Trailer parking is available at the end of the cul-de-sac. Garage doors must remain closed when not in use. Other things to note Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. All pets must be disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 violation fee in addition to the standard pet fee. All pet waste must be removed and disposed of properly. Excess pet hair or uncollected waste may incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.
