Shoes off, feet up… you’re here! The space Welcome to The Hideout — a bright, one-level townhouse with an easy, open layout made for relaxing. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, and private bath. The second bedroom offers a queen with a full bath nearby. Extras include a queen air mattress and toddler bed. Enjoy two private fenced patios, a 2-car garage, a sleek stainless glass-top range, and blazing-fast fiber internet that screams — perfect for remote work, streaming, and gaming. Kick back and stay awhile! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including both private fenced patios (front & back), BBQ grill, washer and dryer, and 2-car garage. The grill is stored in the garage and can be rolled onto the patio for use. One locked supply cabinet in the hallway is not accessible to guests. Two labeled wall switches should not be turned off. HOA regulations do not allow trailers in front of the home or driveway. Trailer parking is available at the end of the cul-de-sac. Garage doors must remain closed when not in use. Other things to note Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A $75 pet fee applies per stay (up to 2 animals). All pets must be disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 violation fee in addition to the standard pet fee. All pet waste must be removed and disposed of properly. Excess pet hair or uncollected waste may incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.
