The Generator will power all the essential appliances and lighting during your stay. Pets: Dogs are welcome and must be house trained, stay off the furniture and bedding and never left unattended in the A-Frame unless crated. Only dogs are allowed, no other pets are welcome. Please ensure the correct number of dogs are included in your booking reservation and the price will adjust accordingly. Maximum of 3 dogs. Pricing: Please make sure your entire party including dogs & infants are registered in your booking regardless of the duration of the guest's stay Day Guests: Host's Pre-approval is required for Day Guests use of the property. A Day Guests fee of $75 will be applied and arrangements made with the host. Lake Access: Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and is subject to the owner and Arrowhead Lake Association to grant lake and trail access to short term renters. Please inquire about how to access the lake and trails. Their are fees associated with this access and placing a booking does not guarantee lake access. Dogs are welcome at the lake. Accessibility: The property is located on the North shore of Lake Arrowhead and is easily accessible via level entry with only 2 steps leading to the front door off the elevated deck. There are 2 sets of staircases in the A-Frame cabin. The main staircase leads to the 2nd level bedroom. The loft stairs are narrow and steeper than traditional stairs. Wildlife is everywhere. There is always a possibility to encounter dangerous animals such as bear, bat, snake and wolf. Food should not be left outside or in your vehicle. The fireplace is natural gas with faux logs.
