The apartment is a legal commercial property within a building with the official use stated as equivalent to a hotel. When you search, enter your arrival and depart dates, and the total number of guests (Listing not appropriate for children under 12) who'll be traveling. The apartment is in an old Berlin building from 1900 and it sleeps 10 guests in 7 real beds in 5 separate, 'closable' bedrooms. It has 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers that are adjacent to the bedrooms. High ceilings, solid wooden floor, lots of windows, big pictures and a lot of space that we Berliners are used to. The apartment has a big kitchen/dining room with a solid wood table to comfortably seat everyone. The lift arrives directly into the apartment. Please see the photos for the exact size. The house also have a landscaped courtyard for 'being at home + outside' + for the smokers among us. Guest access Access to the apartment is either with the very small + not wheelchair accessible elevator or using the communal staircase. Please see the photos showing elevator specifications! The apartment is one of 9 apartments in our house. Please note that you will stay here in the middle of an ordinary berlin apartment house with normal people living next door. Please no parties in my apartment or additional friends allowed over. Other things to note Cleaning / Garbage The basic cleaning has to be done by the guest. This includes the cleaning of the kitchen equipment as well as to empty the garbage cans. When you go downstairs & into the garden keep walking and at the back to the left are a row of bins. The final cleaning will be done by Berlin Style Apartments.
