Curlew Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage situated in Lelant, a charming village on the main road to Carbis Bay and St Ives. This holiday home is arranged over two floors and is well-equipped for families and couples alike and benefits from being dog friendly. It is interspersed with original features such as a homely wood burner and a delightful, enclosed garden and patio perfect for those cosy nights in or dining alfresco after a busy day exploring. The space The traditional open plan living area welcomes you as you enter through the front door. The lounge area has two brightly coloured sofas, a wall-mounted Smart TV and a traditional stone inglenook wood burner. The kitchen is well equipped with an American fridge/ freezer, double electric oven and two ring ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. Leading off the kitchen you will find a dining room table and seating for six, perfect for entertaining. Located on the first floor is the master bedroom which is light and airy and has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a wall mounted TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, ample storage, a small sofa and a quaint window seat to watch the world go by. The family bathroom has a large walk in rainfall shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. There is a private garden with a patio area at the back with a kettle barbeque, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a small terrace area with seating where you can enjoy a glass of wine bathing in the Cornish sunshine. Gas Central Heating Two Well Behaved Dogs are Welcome – A £20.00 charge per dog per week applies. Please note that dogs must not be left in the holiday home unattended or allowed on any furniture.
