Requests and payment must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool is warm and ready for check-in. All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver before arrival. This home has a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. Both the City of Phoenix and the Arcadia neighborhood enforce noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this listing from hosting platforms. For safety and compliance, Ring cameras are installed at the front door and above the garage facing the street. These are used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. No interior cameras or additional recording devices are located on the property. A Minut noise monitoring device is also installed to help maintain respectful neighborhood noise levels. This device measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or video, ensuring guest privacy. Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. If an exception is granted—or if a pet is found without prior approval—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning.
