Each room has a unique theme and we have a selection of 3 queen beds (hybrid europtop, Beautyrest Black, and Euro Ultra-plush. Two twin beds are in a room upstairs for besties or siblings to retire. We offer Hotel Collection linens, 800 thread count 100% Egyptian cotton, Oversized Luxury Bath sheets and a FULLY stocked kitchen with spices, and everything you need to cook or bake something special. We also have a community shared pantry so you can help yourself to what you need or leave it to share. We have a covered back deck, a place to hang your skis and warm up with a cup of cocoa, or cool off in the summer while you wash off and store your mountain bikes and gear in the backyard. Update: Due to a recent incident we are updating our dog policy. Absolutely NO dogs under the age of 2. Hence, no puppies. We cannot have any cats in our home as we are severally allergic. For bona fide non-emotional support service animals, we need to know in advance to inform our cleaning team. They charge us an additional $50 cleaning fee. We have no choice but to pass that along to you and will have to deduct that from the security deposit as well. If they inform us they will charge us (then you) another $50. Please just inform us in advance and everything is cool. The following service animals are not welcome; - service dogs in training - emotional support Our guests will have full access to the four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and entertainment/game areas. We also have a laundry room with a washer, dryer and a utility closet that has an iron and ironing board. In the backyard you will find a covered patio with a picnic table along with some yard games for summer time. We also have a hose that you can use to clean your bike from any mud or debris on the trails. We are available via mobile app, phone, text and email for any questions or comments. We are very quick to respond to your request and try to do our best to ensure your stay is awesome! Bunker Avenue provides great access to the Silver Mountain Resort, Coeur d'Alene walking trail, horseshoe pits, community park with pool, the Kellogg Museum, bicycle trails and of course just steps away from the World's Longest Gondola. There are a number of restaurants, cafes and espresso shops within walking distance so you can enjoy your mornings or evenings with a casual stroll. We hope you will explore downtown Kellogg and visit our friends at Radio Brewery and check out City Limits in Wallace for their latest refreshments on tap! If you prefer to stay in and cook your meals, you are just a short drive or walk from the grocery store, Yoke's. They have many organic, gluten-free, paleo, options as well as a good selection of deli items and fresh made to order pizza at their hot deli. Note: The Resort Indoor pool, referenced in our Amenities, is across the street and open to public for fee. The outdoor Community pool at the end the park is also open for a nominal fee, a few months out of the year, subject to local weather, days and hours. Our cottage is just a 2 minute walk (1/2 block) to the Silver Mountain Resort and Gondola for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and sight-seeing. The heated indoor Water Park is also located at the Silver Mountain Resort. Just behind us is the Coeur d'Alene walking trail, community garden, horse shoe pits, frisbee golf course, and Espresso shop. The community outdoor pool is just a five minute walk down the trail. There is also a covered BBQ Party Patio space at the park (Reservation required in advance to use the city managed space). We have four parking spots, double tandem off street parking with two spots directly in front. You can park a RV or toy hauler in front or 100 yrds away in the huge parking lot in front of Silver Mountain Resort for a fee. Please note that due to issues last year we no longer can allow puppies or dogs under the age of 2 years. Also, due to severe allergies, we cannot allow any cats inside the house. If you plan to bring your dog, we need to know in advance how old, what breed, and what kind of training they have been given.
