When you enter this unit the ocean views will take your breath away! The ocean view balcony can be accessed from the living room as well as the primary bedroom. The living room includes comfortable furnishings, a large flat-screen television, a sleeper sofa, and stunning ocean views. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area with seating for 6 as well as 4 additional bar stools. The ocean view primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a vanity and large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a twin/queen bunk bed, flat-screen television, and double closet. The full, guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo adjoins with the guest bedroom is also accessible from the hallway. This condo also includes a convenient laundry room in the unit. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. Please note that the specific parking space associated with this unit has a shorter clearance than the actual parking garage due to an overhead pipe. The maximum clearance for this specific, assigned garage space is 5'9". The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
