Pool has the option to be heated, but requires an additional charge per day. Our house is your house! The space Easily walk, bike or kayak. House is spacious with so many extra touches- games, books, beach gear, new smart TVs, fast WI-FI. Boca Grand beach is just a few minutes drive from this beautiful home. Cook at home easily with all the kitchen essentials! Guest access You have access to the entire place, with the exception of one locked bedroom. Don’t worry- you still have two bedrooms and one hide-a-bed in the living room! Other things to note We love our home, but travel extensively for work and enjoy hosting!
