If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued. In order to comply with the above ordinance, this property is outfitted with audio monitoring and security cameras. The areas monitored by camera are the front porch and parking lot. Audio monitoring is present on the pool deck and in the kitchen. This audio monitoring system only measures decibels and sends a report to the owner when a certain decibel level is reached. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home, and no decibel monitor in any other spaces besides those listed. The Smart Home device is not enabled for noise monitoring or observance. It is a security system and amenity to guests only.
