Situated in Soiano del Lago, overlooking the lake, the Garda hills and the Castle, this terraced house inside a residence is ideal for a family or group up to 8 people! The space Equipped with every comfort, our house is split over 3 floors and enjoys a beautiful private child-friendly and pet-friendly garden. The living room comes with a spacious sofa, a flat-screen Tv with international channels, a table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffe machine and toaster. The living room, through French doors, opens onto the covered private patio with a stunning lake view; the patio is furnished with a table and chairs for morning breakfast enjoying sunrises, lunch or dinner; the large private garden on the 3 sides of the house is 200 sqm big. The ground floor is completed by a double bedroom equipped with air conditioning, a queen size bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen Tv with international channels, all with lake view; the bathroom comes with a shower, a wash basin, a bidet and a WC. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with tub: the bedroom enjoys a lake view, is fitted with a flat-screen Tv and a wardrobe while the bathroom comes with a bathtub, a wash basin and a WC. This wonderful pet-friendly home, with Wi-Fi included, houses a tavern on the basement floor, where there is a second kitchen, a double sofa bed, a flat-screen Tv and desk; the floor is also fitted with a third double bedroom and a third bathroom with shower, wash basin and Wc and a small laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
