There is a spacious open plan kitchen/family room. An open space with the ultra modern kitchen that’s fully equipped with everything you could need. There’s seating space of two different kinds too, a sofa to relax on, and then there’s the dining table where all guests can gather for meals, snacks or maybe work if you are staying in the area on business. Both the kitchen and family room have direct access to the garden at the rear of the property - so yet more space in which you can all socialise or just find a quiet spot to relax. The other living space at the front of the house offers up more comfortable seating, the sofa bed and another digital TV with access to Freeview, so if you don’t like what they’re watching in the other room, you can come in here. You’ll also find a utility room adjacent to the kitchen in which you can attend to all your laundry needs and a WC on the ground floor.
