The space Our apartment is a a beautifully restored 60 sqm space nestled inside a charming 16th-century independent building. We took care to preserve the classic character, like the stunning original exposed wooden beams, while adding all the sleek, modern comforts you expect. You’ll find us tucked away on the ancient Calle dei Volti, a pathway named after the historic arches (Volti) that once consolidated neighboring noble homes. It’s a wonderful spot: you’re just a eight-minute stroll from the Rialto Bridge, yet our corner of San Polo stays wonderfully peaceful. You'll love the easy access to the magnificent Frari Basilica and discovering the local artisan tradition and culture right outside your door. Designed for total comfort and discretion, the apartment features two welcoming bedrooms. Each is furnished with a comfortable 160x200 cm Queen Size bed (one can be set up as twins if you prefer) and boasts its own dedicated en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. This setup ensures maximum privacy and convenience for all guests. The central area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, including a kettle, induction hob, and a Nespresso machine. We want you to feel perfectly cozy: every room has individually controlled air conditioning and heating, plus fast, reliable WiFi and Smart TVs. Guest access You'll reach us via a short, single flight of 15 steps to the first floor. And for absolute convenience, you can use our complimentary luggage locker on the ground floor, secured with a keypad, to maximize your time exploring Venice, both before check-in and after check-out. Very close to the San Tomà water bus stop, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia railway station. Other things to note Venice city tax of 4.00 Euro per person per night with a max of 5 nights due upon arrival (20.00 Euros max per person even for stays longer than 5 nights).
