Hacienda Hideaway Retreat is a luxury Resort Style Home ! Brand new SALT WATER POOL AND JACUZZI. This Oasis is 10 min to the back entrance of the Joshua Tree Park. You will find a HUGE private back yard, brand new pool, jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ island, 2 Cabana's and lots of outdoor seating . This home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom In the main house. Separate a large king master bedroom and bathroom in your very own private casita. Separate large bonus room w/games and TV. Lots of spaces to enjoy ! The space This place is just beautiful ! The feeling you get is privacy and a space you can just fully relax in. You feel so private once inside the grounds. Many seating areas to enjoy, read a book, swim, have sit down dinners or BBQ your favorite meal. The bonus room is very large to watch Tv, play games, lounge or sleep. The WiFi is Spectrum - super fast internet No problem with zoom meetings or whatever is needed. “laptop-friendly workspace” Pet friendly - 20 lbs or less All dogs ( only ) including service animals must be registered with us upon the time of booking. Pets are charged 125 per dog up to 2 max Under 20 lbs Exterior Cameras in use on all 4 corners of the property / house This house is offered at a discount to attract small families 6 or less. Winter Months only - Pool Can be heated for an additional 150 per day. 72 hours in advance notice is needed to set up and start heating the pool 1 day in advance of arrival. Summer the pool heater is not in Service. This fee needs to be paid in advance. Guest access We offer 4 parking spaces to park in the driveway Morongo Basin Transit is 2 blocks away to travel to downtown Joshua Tree or Yucca Valley. 10 Min to the back entrance of Joshua Tree Park. 3 Min to the Tortoise Rock Casino Other things to note Winter months only - Heated Pool upon request - 72 hours before your booked arrival date. $ 150.00 Per day charge with a 2 day minimum and must be Paid prior to your arrival. tax added $ 125.00 Per SMALL dog fee ( 2 dogs are the Limit under 20 lbs ! ) If approved - Fee's must be paid prior to your arrival Tax added No cats are allowed due to the owner / host sever allergic reaction. No smoking or candles burning of any kind inside any house, casita or bonus room ! Fine will be applied if any smoke smell lingers inside the spaces. When checking out of the property please lock all doors and leave all keys back in their original lock boxes. We do live in the desert: you may see a mouse, scorpion, water bugs, snakes,coyotes, bats, spiders etc etc. This is not a reason for refund or cancellation of any kind.
