This stunning 3/2 condo offers a gulf facing balcony with spectacular views. Bedroom one has a queen bed and work space. Bedroom two offers two queen beds. The master has a king bed and work area. The kitchen has full size appliances and everything that you need. There is also a coffee/wine area with refrigerator. There are smart TVs in all bedrooms and cable box in the living room. There is also a full size laundry room. The balcony seats eight. Boogie boards and sand toys included. This three bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the fifth floor comes fully furnished with a full size washer and dryer. The first bedroom features a queen bed with workspace. The second bedroom has two queen beds. The Master suite has a king size bed, workspace, and en suite bathroom. The Gulf front balcony is accessible through the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, and pans, bake ware, cooking utensils, drip/single Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, crockpot and standard size kitchen appliances. The dining table seats six and there are four counter height bar stools. The living area has comfortable seating with a TV, cable box with basic cable, and Wi-Fi throughout. Upon arrival you should expect a clean and tidy beach paradise. We have provided cleaning supplies in order to clean when needed throughout your stay. At the end of your stay we ask that you run the dishwasher, empty the fridge and cabinets of food, and take the trash out to the rubbish shoot. Minimum rental period is three nights. The in ground pool is geothermal heated and there is a large hot tub made for 15 people to enjoy. There is ample seating around the pool with two bathrooms. There are also BBQ grills, picnic tables, beach volleyball net, and a fishing pier on the property. You will have use of the entire condo. Wristbands are to be worn in the building's common areas such as pool area, beach, and BBQ grill areas. You will need the building's pass code to access the building after 9pm, You will need the key to access the conveniently located pool bathrooms and pier. You will also need the pass code to access the gate to get onto the beach. You may park up to two vehicles anywhere NOT under the building. I will be available via text, email, or phone. The best way to get to restaurants is by car. There are a few restaurants that are within walking distance, less than a half mile.
