Oxwich View Cottage

Situated just 150m from Port Eynon’s Blue Flag beach, the 4* rated (Visit Wales) three-bedroomed Oxwich View Cottage is perfect for a beach holiday or as a base to explore everything the Gower Peninsular has to offer. Port Eynon’s village amenities are within 100 meters of the cottage and include The Ship Inn and Smugglers Beach Bar & Kitchen which open all year round, whilst The Beach House Surf & Coffee Shop, two fish and chip shops and a gift shop open seasonally. The space Oxwich View Cottage is a family run 3 bedroomed self-catering cottage that can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. All bedrooms are on the first floor and include a master bedroom with king-sized bed, ensuite, French doors and Juliet balcony, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with 2 singles (2'6" wide beds, adults also welcome!) that share a family bathroom. Downstairs a porch (with access to a downstairs WC) for walking boots or buckets and spades leads into a fully equipped kitchen that includes an induction hob, microwave, full-sized fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and washer dryer. The lounge has a smart TV, relaxing sofa’s, dining table and chairs, a log burner, and a set of French doors leading out into the garden. Also accessed through a side gate, the garden is grassed with two paved seating areas and is fully enclosed for those who don’t leave home without the dog! Private parking is available for 2 vehicles. Guest access You will have access to the whole Cottage. Other things to note The cottage is let on a Saturday to Saturday basis during school holidays. Stays of a shorter duration are welcomed outside these dates. Subject to prior arrangement when booking and a small surcharge, pets are welcome provided they stay downstairs and off all furniture. Parking - there is designated parking for two cars, no other parking is available at the property. If there are additional cars, please ask and we can provide suggestions for alternative parking.
