Other things to note This four-bedroom, four-ensuite plus one powder room condo offers ample privacy, with each bedroom featuring year-round sunshine. The main king bedroom boasts a cozy fireplace, mountain views, and an ensuite with dual vanity, shower, and jetted tub. Down the hall, you'll find two more guest bedrooms with ensuites and mountain views, as well as a room perfect for kids with a full bed, two twins, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and shower. The main living area features dual seating areas facing a large flat-screen TV and a towering stone gas fireplace. Step outside to the expansive balcony with seating for four, a gas fireplace, and a grill, offering impressive views of the slopes. Inside, the grand dining area seats eight, and the open kitchen features high-touch finishes, an island, and a wrap-around breakfast bar seating for six. BEDROOM DETAILS - Bedroom One - Main -King bed, TV, fireplace, balcony access, ensuite with dual vanity, coffee bar, soaking tub and shower - Bedroom Two - Guest - King bed, TV, ensuite with shower / tub combo - Bedroom Three - Guest - Queen bed, TV, ensuite with shower - Bedroom Four - Guest - Full bed, two twin beds, TV, ensuite with shower / tub combo WHAT WE LOVE - Sun-kissed mountain views from every window. - Heading downstairs to the Chop House for dinner. - Ski Storage and easy access to the slopes just outside. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 10 people. - There is one underground parking space. - Reservations over 7 days need to be approved by the owner. - During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. - Within this central location, grocery service through Resort Delivery is highly recommended. Please reach out if assistance is needed. - Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations. - July and August reservations require final homeowner approval. - Elevator modernization is planned for August 2026. There is stair access to home. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
