Blick 20 - This house creates a good atmosphere. You park your vehicle right in front of the property, which means not only super short distances for luggage but also for the rest of the family. As soon as you are in the entrance area of this special house, the property name "blick 20" is immediately explained. The large glass element opposite the front door gives a view of the living room and through the floor-to-ceiling windows to the terrace and even to the elevations on the other shore of the lake. The large living/dining area with open kitchen creates a wonderfully lofty atmosphere during the day. All the furnishing details appear elaborate and coordinated with a lot of flair. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the electric fireplace acts as a room divider between the dining and relaxation area with a smart TV. You can stream your own groove via Bluetooth, depending on your mood, with top-quality sound, of course. If you like, you can also enjoy the chill-out sounds on the terrace, at dinner or with a sundowner. Later in the evening, when the lights on the other side of the lake have gone out, the opaque curtains provide privacy. You can control the indirect lighting concept, which has been cleverly integrated into the room concept, using a special remote control. This house creates exactly the mood you need to unplug, at the touch of a button. On the upper level there are 2 stylish bedrooms with box spring beds. One of them has a TV and the other has its own balcony from which you can look out to the lake or enjoy the sunset. On this level, you will also find the large bathroom, with shower, bathtub and your own sauna.
