Our home will accommodate maximum of 6 guests comfortably, with a Sealy fold-down sofa in the livingroom and comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stainless steel stove with a double oven! Large Refrigerator and freezer equipped with an ice maker, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker. Service for 12 with all eating utensils along with baking and cookware. Free WiFi but no cable TV. Just bring your swimsuit, sunscreen and boat and get ready to enjoy the beautiful water and activities in the Florida Keys! No pets in this unit please. Venture Out Resort charges a one-time entrance fee of $116.28 plus tax ( a total of $125) paid at the gate when you arrive, which covers everyone in your party. This fee gives you unlimited use of the Resort's amenities including the 80 foot heated swimming pool.
