The home is located where Lake Livingston meets Trinity River. This secluded getaway is a great escape for you to unplug and recharge with nature. Everything you need is within 10’ to 30’ of driving, from gas station, convenience store to marina and golf course. Just book and go! Guest access During your stay, guests will have access to the whole house, the free parking lot and backyard with private playground and dock on Trinity River. There are 2 single kayaks, 1 paddle board, hot tub available for use to all guests at no cost. Enjoy riverside living! Other things to note Our fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. From glass ware, serve-ware sets for indoor and outdoor uses to kid serve-ware. From food chopper, hand blender, hand mixer, KitchenAid stand mixer, 6 qt Instant Pot to Ninja Foodi 7-in-1 (pressure cooker, air fryer and more). Pack’n Play playard is provided as well. We want to make packing for your trip simple and light.
