A Cozy Private Townhouse on Ramkhamhaeng Road

This homely townhouse is situated in a peaceful & quiet neighborhood, just a short walking distance from The Paseo Town Ramkhamhaeng Community Mall with many restaurants(HongMin, KFC, McDonalds, MK Suki, Starbucks) &convenient stores, banks, Villa Supermarket, BigC Extra Hypermarket and 7-Eleven store is just around the corner. For the bigger malls, there's "The Mall" Bangkapi is just a short taxi ride away. It is also very close to The National Institute of Development Administration(NIDA). The space We style the place to be warm and homely, family-oriented with two bunk beds for children one on 2nd flr and one on 3rd floor bedroom. The ground floor wooden furnitures are from Chiangmai to give the living room a homely feel, where you will enjoy 'total privacy' within the entire townhouse space. Guest access There are three shared bathrooms located one on each of the 3 floors. The kitchen, dining area, washing machine and refrigerator is on the ground floor. This is a home. For 1-5 guests, we will open 1-2 bedrooms on the second floor and prepare the beddings accordingly. Your group will still enjoy the privacy of the entire townhouse. For the 6 - 9th guest in the group, we will open the 3rd bedroom on the third floor. Other things to note We will provide one towel per guest. We provide bath soap and shampoos in refillable containers. We will provide an extra set of bedsheets and blankets only for guests staying more than 14 days. You may wash these yourself as often as you wish. We provide free use of washing machine but please buy your own laundy detergent and softener. We have plates, bowls, cups and glasses , spoons and forks in the townhouse. Please clean up after use. You have to buy your own dishwashing liquid if what we have in the house is not enough. For 1 to 5 guests, we will open 2 rooms and prepare the king size bed and/or the bunkbed and single bed on the second floor. We will prepare the beddings and open the bedroom on the 3rd floor for the 6th guest or more. We provide medium sized rice cooker, 3 pots ranging in size from medium to small, and a teflon frying pan. If you need larger cookware than we provide, then you will have to buy it yourself. Please keep the townhouse clean during your stay. Do not bring food to the bedrooms to avoid problem with ants. The TV programs available are all Thai language on the 2nd floor rear bedroom and 3rd floor bedroom. Ground floor living/lobby room TV has HDMI connections for computers, there is no TV signal on the ground floor TV (A DVD player can be provided if requested ahead of checkin).
