Welcome to Paddler's End, a charming home tucked away at the most peaceful/quiet end of Jackson Creek at the mouth of the Piankatank River near the bay. Lots of outdoor space at waterfront, breezy screen porch & private dock. Fully reno kitchen & baths, open living/dining, cozy bedrooms and charming mix of antique and modern furnishings. Kayaks, bikes, floats included. Guest cottage w/ king bed, kitchen, bath and outdoor shower available (extra cost) for overflow. Ask re: price/availability. The space Whole house, porch, yard, decks and outdoor shower at guest house. All new flooring, fresh paint, renovated baths and kitchen. Charming vintage mixed with modern decor full of personality & great art throughout. You will LOVE the unique screened gazebo providing an extra gathering space outdoors! Guest house with king bed is available for an extra charge. Provides great overflow for guests staying in home or a cozy retreat for 1 or 2 when home is not in use. We do not rent guest house to a seperate group if main house is in use. Note: Bedroom #2 (queen) is connected to Bedroom #3 (2 twins), ideal for parents with young kids to stay together, but be aware that you need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. Guest access Plenty of parking on concrete parking pad, walk, bike, drive or kayak to explore the area. Other things to note A quick Paddle on kayaks gets you to the nearby sandbar in summer (approx 20-30 min for the average paddler) with sandy beach and a fun group of boaters, swimmers, families and dogs...Guest house will not be rented to other guests while main house is occupied by your group. It is available to be rented as additional space for the guests of main house, or owners reserve the right to stay there (will keep out of the way of house guests). Deltaville has a volunteer fire department, don't be alarmed if you hear the "old school" siren that sounds off when they call their volunteers.
