The Spatzenhof is very central, between Lübeck, Holstein Switzerland and the Bay of Lübeck. Close to Lübeck, Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz. You'll love my place because of the historic atmosphere on the listed Bioland estate. The inhabited buildings were renovated in compliance with the monument protection and taking into account ecological aspects. Plenty of space for children to play and romp and pure relaxation for the parents. The space The apartment has been extensively renovated and meets the latest standards. The heated floor is laid out with soap-treated planks and the plastered walls are painted with a white organic paint. The sun-drenched apartment is cozy and furnished with wooden furniture. It has direct exits to the courtyard and the large terrace and the meadow behind it with fruit trees. The terrace and orchard can of course also be used. The apartment consists of two rooms, a very bright shower room and a hallway. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (approx. 2 × 80 × 190) and corresponding storage facilities for clothing and luggage. The living/dining room is furnished with a sofa/folding bed (approx. 130 × 200), shelves, table with four chairs, fitted kitchen with oven, stove with four hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, TV/satellite and radio with CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with accessories. Guest access Terrace and orchard are available for our guests. Garden furniture and sun loungers are available and for bicycles there is a lockable shed. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Private parking is located right at the entrance to the apartment. On the grounds of the farm complex is a large soccer field and playground with goals, slide, swing and a sandbox. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate 4 people, but is too small for 4 adults. Intended occupancy: two adults plus two children. A baby can possibly be accommodated in the baby travel bed. A children's travel cot and highchair are provided. Bed linens and towels can be brought, thereby reducing the price by EUR 15 per person over six years of age.
