The space The villa is enriched by a manicured Mediterranean garden of 1000 square meters , with English lawn and centuries-old trees,furnished with comfortable sun loungers where you can sunbathe in absolute freedom. The garden overlooks a large equipped patio. A second large patio overlooks the bay of Castro Marina and is equipped with a four-seater lava stone table, two large sofas, two midollino armchairs, and a four-seater lava stone table. The living area inside the house consists of an open space of about 90 square meters in which there is a big screen, a rich bookshelf, two comfortable sofas and a perfectly functioning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, the appliances are new. In the living area there is also a courtesy bathroom and a comfortable laundry room. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, all perfectly air-conditioned overlooking a balcony overlooking the sea that revolves around the house, equipped with tables and chairs. In the second bathroom there is a large shower with jacuzzi, the third bathroom also has a comfortable shower . In the master bedroom there are :a maxi screen ,a fridge bar,a safe , the Nespresso machine for coffee and the mountain.
