L.C. Cabin is a veteran-owned cabin in Boulder Canyon near Black Hills National Forest on 1.6 acres located between Deadwood and Sturgis directly off HWY 14A (no 4-wheel drive necessary). 10 minutes to Sturgis, 10 min. to Deadwood, 25 to Terry Peak, 30 to Spearfish and Black Hills State University, 30 to Rapid City. Boulder Canyon Country Club, an 18-hole public course is a short walk. Forest trails nearby; UTVs, dirt bikes, cyclists, hikers, and Harleys are a common site in this area. This is a new (built in 2020) and clean one-level, open floor plan that offers two bedrooms and one full-size bathroom in a laid-back environment. Each bedroom contains an adjustable queen size bed, and if additional sleeping space is needed a queen size air mattress is available. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer available for guest use. An arcade console with over 100 vintage games is available for play (bring your quarters). Chill on the front patio, walk to the 18-hole public golf course and play a round, take a short drive into Deadwood and experience the history and thrills. Lead, Terry Peak’s ski slopes, Black Hills National Forest, Sturgis, Spearfish, Black Hills State University, Rapid City – all an easy drive. Venture a little further and take in the Crazy Horse Memorial and Mount Rushmore. The entire cabin can be used by guests. Excellent and easy access to this cabin as it sits off South Dakota Highway 14A. No 4-wheel drive is necessary to get here. There is ample parking space available for those who have UTVs, trailers, or an RV. L.C. Cabin in Boulder Canyon is a beautiful area and chill environment. Across the road, an easy walk from the cabin is the 18-hole Boulder Canyon Country Club, open to the public. Black Hills National Forest and Camp 5 trail are a mile away. UTVs, ATVs, cyclists, hikers, Harley Davidsons, and golfers are a common site here. Historic Deadwood is a ten minute drive, Sturgis is a ten minute drive. Lead, Terry Peak, Spearfish, and Black Hills State University are all within thirty minutes or less. This cabin is owned and operated by a United States Army Iraq War veteran. Her husband is also an Army Iraq War veteran.
