* *Christmas 24 Dates just released ** Dunes View is our lovely 4 bedroom Beach House, enjoying glorious, uninterrupted sea views from the living area and balcony and direct beach access. Perfect for families with kids, and anyone who loves fresh air, beach sports and Hot Tubs! Please note there is a £50 per stay cost to use the hot tub - this will be added to your bill after booking once we have received confirmation you wish to use this facility. The space Dunes View is our beach front home, featuring open plan living accommodation, clean modern décor and a wealth of features to make the most of Beach front living. Relax with a glass of wine or cup of tea on the extensive balcony with comfy outdoor furniture and and watch the tides wash in and out and the sky in all it's glory, no matter what the time of year. The lounge area features cosy sofa seating for 6 adults and there are two huge bean bags and 2 deck chairs to support a relaxed and flexible family atmosphere. The large picture windows really do showcase the ever changing spectacular sea and dune view, without compromising on your privacy. There is a 50' plasma screen, free view, wii y and connectors for most smart phones to stream your personal music and videos. (high speed internet access is included as standard) The kitchen is very well appointed with all the mod cons you would expect (dishwasher, microwave, double oven, gas hob etc) and the open plan living arrangements means that chef is never excluded from the action or the views! The stylish bedrooms, all on the ground floor, feature new linens and fresh decoration. Two are ideal for adults featuring King Size beds and fitted wardrobes, the others perfect for kids (one has full sized bunks, one 2x 2ft6 singles) so extended families or 2 family shares are easily accommodated. Two bathrooms downstairs (one shower/bath, one shower) ensure privacy for shared groups. Even the mundane aspects of self catering are well catered for; There is an extremely useful utility room featuring separate a washer, dryer and sink - which is accessible straight from the garden to help you deal with the inevitable sandy shoes, clothes and toes. The shower room connects directly here also, so getting the sand out of the harder to reach places is also a breeze. As you would expect, the property is centrally heated. The Garden features a range of outdoor furniture and planting and extensive and private patio area, with your private beach access, which in a matter of footsteps, takes you through a lovely grassy area through to the dunes and the gorgeous, safe and clean Greatstone beach. The Hot Tub seats 6 adults and is located in the private rear garden, so when tired of the view upstairs, have a soak in the tub and enjoy the lovely garden. Day or night, winter or summer, the bubbles are terrific! Please note, children under 12 are not permitted to use the hot tub. If you can drag yourself away from the amazing beach, there is loads to do in the local area, the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Light Railway is very popular, and you can see the trains pass up the road out the kitchen window and front bedrooms. Guest access The whole house, gardens and dune area are available for your use (just not the garage!) Other things to note With the recent move towards working from home, we have invested in high speed fibre broadband which is included in the cost of your stay. There is a stash of beach chairs, wind breakers, all terrain buggy, boogie boards, buckets and spades etc for you to use. There is a coal BBQ on the balcony, perfect for flipping your steaks while sipping on a glass of wine, admiring the ever-changing view. There are plenty of baby friendly items (changing mat, high chair, stair gates, plastic crockery etc) to welcome the youngest of kids, and a range of toys for all ages to enjoy too. The Hot Tub is only suitable for children 12 years and over. Should we not be able to offer this facility due to maintenance or safety concerns outside our control, all hot tub fees will be refunded, however, no deduction to the nightly rate will be offered.
