Off the beaten path, yet under a ten minute drive to Cane Bay including Off The Wall Bar & The Landing Restaurant, or to Salt River Marina. With updated kitchen, dual master suites, plus a sofa bed in the living room, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Snorkel equipment and boogie boards to use too. Manager stays in apt below the house. The space This is a Spanish style home with magnificent views of the Carribean Sea including St Croix’s sister islands St Thomas and St John. The pool is from 3 to 5 feet deep and is perfect for a quick dip to cool off. Two master suites, with Air Conditioning, one of which is poolside. The kitchen is modern and both the fridge and bar sink provide filtered drinking water. The living room is huge and also has a wet bar in the corner and a half bath off to the side. The sleeper sofa is also in this room. Between the kitchen and living room is the foyer and main entrance. From the kitchen to the poolside master suite is a dining room and behind that the el fresco dining area on the patio. Guest access Guests are welcome in the pool and patio area, the upper balcony and the entire main floor of the house. The property manager and his pup live in the apartment below which is right near the parking area. A wrought iron gate separates the upper main level from the apartment.
