The space Open plan living area flows out on to a large rear deck. Perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Seperate toilet and bathroom (Towels provided). Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, very comfortable (Sherriden Linens) with sea view. Second bedroom mirrors master bedroom containing two single beds (Sherriden Linens) and ocean view as well. Guest access Guests are free to use the entirety of Number 99. Other things to note Baudin Beach is a beautiful and quiet seaside location. One recommendation is to take a walk and explore the scenery. Close points of interest include the tranquil river, stunning beach and local walking trails with many kangaroos to view!
