This villa can accommodate 6 guests in the main house and 4 in the Cottage. Complimentary airport transfers are in place - you will be met by our taxi driver. Location...it couldn't be more perfect. On the north side of the Vigie Peninsular, it is quiet, private, 20 minutes drive away to the north, 10-15 minute walk to Vigie Beach. The space SEA CLIFF VILLA - A very special beautiful villa with spectacular views of the Caribbean sea with stunning sunsets to enjoy on the open spacious verandas. The villa + cottage sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Sea Cliff is all about relaxation, a villa where you will be well looked after by our hand picked Sea Cliff team: 1. You can hire our designated driver for your stay. 2. Have dinner with your very own Chef to give you memories to cherish on our spacious veranda. 3. Book an amazing massage with our masseur 4. Be spoilt with a Lucian style breakfast by our wonderful housekeeper. The villa, recently renovated with a Caribbean minimalistic style, has gorgeous tropical fabrics throughout, luxurious quilts on the beds, veranda décor and views to write home about. There is newness and warmth throughout. Once you confirm your stay at Sea Cliff, your host will recommend communication using Whattsapp where she can easily send lots of information on the villa, places to go and answer your many questions you may have. It is how you will communicate whilst on island using wifi - it makes things much easier. A few days before your arrival in St Lucia your host will forward a Sea Cliff house manual video to help you to know how things work in the villa. Pick up from either Hewanora Airport (UVF) or George Charles Airport to Sea Cliff and return are complimentary for the group. For your guests in your group arriving in the week, our taxi driver will offer you a special rate. You will be met at the airport by our designated driver who on arrival at the villa, will assist with keys providing concierge check in, placing all suitcases in the villa. Christmas Bookings We accept dates which include the full week (minimum 7 nights) for Christmas, eg. December 22 – 27/28 and from Dec 27/28 thereafter. We accept bookings for 7 days to 2 weeks throughout the year. Our rates are based on 6 guests in the main house. Additional fees apply for 7 - 10 guests accommodated in the Cottage. Sea Cliff offers the availability of a private Chef for any combination of breakfast, lunch and dinners. Please inquire on rates and availability and we recommend booking early so not to be disappointed. The main house sleeps 6 or 7 comfortably and with the Cottage situated a few steps away from the main house, allows for an additional 4 guests for your family group. The Cottage is available to groups of 7 - 10 guests. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a group of 6 or less and you wish to use the Cottage there is an additional fee of US$400 for the week. This will be requested on arrival if not charged before arrival. Location: it couldn't be more perfect. Situated on the north side of the Vigie Peninsular, Sea Cliff is in a quiet, private, secure residential area. You are 20 minutes drive away to the north of the island. Vigie beach is just a 10 minute walk. The villa is in a very safe upscale residential area with an active neighborhood watch with security patrols. For our hiking guests, we can recommend a private rainforest guide who will take you to hike in the rainforest to see stunning waterfalls, give you a real local sightseeing experience, and fill you with lots of knowledge of the rainforest. 5. Wellness at Sea Cliff: Our very own highly sort after masseur can provide the most stunning massages on a deck with gentle sea breezes and flora all around for 60 or 90 minutes - your choice. There is a walk out deck with chairs to relax, steps to the garden and pathway to the pool. 1st Bedroom - Flamboyant Room: King bed or we can convert the room to 2 even 3 single beds - good cupboard space - ceiling fan and AC. Double louvered doors with walk out to small covered veranda area, small table and rattan chairs to relax and enjoy the view. This bedroom has its own bathroom/shower. 2nd Bedroom - Sun's Room: Queen bed - good cupboard space - ceiling fan and AC, double louvered doors. Ensuite bathroom/shower. Guest powder room located off of the kitchen: toilet and sink. All bedrooms and the lounge inside dining area are mosquito screened. All bedrooms in the main house and Cottage have AC. THE COTTAGE DETAILS - The Cottage is available to groups of 7 - 10. Bedroom 4 and 5 - sleeps 4 guests comfortably. Just a few steps from the main house, our delightful 2 bedroom Cottage is offered to larger groups of 7 - 10 booking additional space. Mango Tree Cottage is adorable, cozy and comfy. Both bedrooms have AC. Main bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom. There is also a small lounge with delightful sofa seating area and a desk if needed. 2nd bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom. The Cottage is located a few steps from the main house - there is an access door from the inner entrance area of the main house to the cottage. The Cottage is never rented separately. Pools Not one but two! Deck chairs with cushions. Verandas Two spacious verandas which we simply refer to as the Top and the Bottom Verandas which offer outside dining and seating experience to capture the incredible sea views. Both verandas are covered. Kitchen Spacious, fully equipped kitchen – marble counter tops, gas oven/stove, coffee machine, blender, kettle. The kitchen flows into a seating area with comfy chairs perfect for that morning read. Board Games: Good choice of Monopoly, Risk, Scrabble, Cards and few others to enjoy family time. Laundry Room The laundry is our housekeepers domain where she handles all the villa linens for laundry during your stay along with personal laundry if you wish - services all included. There are two washing machines and both inside and outside laundry lines. With the warm Caribbean fresh dryers are not a necessity. There is a store room where beach towels etc. are kept. Our housekeepers regular hours are 10.00 am - 2.00pm Monday - Friday - often less depending on workload. The house and cottage are over 4500sq ft and this is the tropics, both require a great deal of work so she is at the villa daily except Saturday and Sunday. Please contact the host if you wish a bit more no staff time - note that guests are usually out on excursions most days. Security Electric gates secure the entrance to the property. Private security patrol is in place for the Vigie area with an active Neighborhood Watch program. The house has its own alarm system monitored by a private security company - instructions how to set are provided. “The house was amazing and the people even better”, 9 yr old Kai, January 2018 Other bits and bobs: *Hairdryers available * Large Barbecue * Drinking Water: In an effort to reduce plastic bottles use we have installed two standing water filters with large water bottles supplied by the villa so there is no need to buy water. *A basket of local fruit is complimentary on arrival. *If you are arriving on a Sunday we can have French baguettes/sliced ham/lettuce and tomatoes, juice and coffee, breakfast items available for your arrival. Massey Supermarkets open at 7am and close at 10pm during the week - Sundays close 4 - or 6pm. We suggest either a stop at a supermarket on the way up from the airport. Your Host Val Guest access The entire villa is yours to enjoy during your stay at Sea Cliff. A few days before arrival your host will provide information on your airport transfers, key lockbox details and forward a house manual video - info on how things work st the villa. Your transfer driver will do a concierge check in and assist with the luggage providing a smooth and easy arrival at Sea Cliff. Please note that for the security of the villa no outside guests, local or otherwise are permitted on property at all without the express permission of the owner. Without permission results in immediate termination of the booking. The security of the villa is paramount. Other things to note Check out time is 11.00 a.m. If we don't have a same day arrival we can accommodate a later check out. Check in is after 4pm. Please note our house rule that only guests booked will be on property. Outside acquaintances will not be permitted at the villa so if necessary please make other arrangements. This is in the interest of security and safety. We no longer will host groups at Carnival time. Because of the open verandas and no gates to the pools this property is best suited for children over 6 yrs old. We get asked alot for Tips recommendation for our Sea Cliff team which signals great appreciation and is entirely at your discretion. A suggested range for a weeks stay could be Tricia $40 - $80. Our designated driver $80 - $100+ and Chefs $75 - 100+.
