Enjoy relaxing days in this former watermill with a view of a river. Spend your holiday in a small Breton town with half-timbered houses at the foot of the river Jaudy. The accommodation in an old watermill offers you a special atmosphere and plenty of peace and quiet to enjoy nature in this region. Spend relaxing hours in the living room with large windows and views of the countryside. Make use of the comfortable seating or watch TV after a day out. Go out and enjoy the location right on the water. Sit in the garden, listen to the sound of the river and let your gaze wander over the trees. Go fishing directly on the Jaudy or take advantage of the proximity to the canoe station in La Roche-Derrien, just a few kilometres away. Discover the sights of La Roche Jaudy and the surrounding area. Visit the Château de la Roche Jagu in Ploëzal or the Château de Tonquédec. Take a stroll through the Jardins de Kerfouler or Kerdalo, which will delight you with their colourful themed gardens. Head to Paimpol and spend a day at the beach or enjoy water sports. Families can visit the Armoripark leisure centre in Bégard or the zoo in Trégomeur. You can also try Breton specialities such as crêpes, seafood or cider. Please note: The holiday home is not recommended for families with small children due to its proximity to the river. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
