Apartment for 9 guests in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view of the sea. Features 4 bedrooms, a living room, two kitchens, two bathrooms & a restroom. Three parking spaces are available for free. This same apartment can be rented out as two separate apartments (apartments A and B). Only a 5-minute walk to the city center, the beach, the supermarket, and the nearest bus stop. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price. The space You get the whole ground floor. The apartment has five rooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms, and one restroom. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds (two queen beds and one double bed which is a pull-out couch), one small bedroom with a single bed, and one large room with two single beds and a sofa (this room can be used as a living room instead). There are two front doors and three glass doors with exits to the terrace facing the garden and the sea, so there is a lot of space and privacy. There are 5 air conditioner/heating units in the apartment (you can set the temperature), as well as radiators in every room (central heating). All the rooms have hardwood floors and all the windows have shutters. All the bedrooms also have drapes. There are two HD cable TVs with a lot of foreign channels (including German, Austrian, Italian, and French language ones) as well as premium cable channels like HBO. The two bathrooms both have bathtubs with handheld showerheads, bidets, toilets, sinks, and infra lamps. In 2022 we replaced the toilets, bidets, all faucets, and floors in the two bathrooms. Both kitchens have fridges and stoves with gas burners, the larger kitchen also has an oven, a freezer, and a microwave. Both have electric water kettles and toasters. A new dishwasher was installed in the bigger kitchen in 2022. There are two washing machines in the apartment. The kitchens are equipped with pots and pans, cups, glasses, plates, silverware, as well as some cooking essentials (salt, sugar, black pepper, vinegar, etc.). Fresh towels and bedding (sheets, blankets, pillowcases) are provided for every guest, as well as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent. There are also extra blankets and pillows available. The apartment is regularly cleaned with Hyla deep-cleaning system. * Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parking for sleeper vans and other extremely large cars because they would most likely be too tall to fit through the stone-arch or under the grapevines that are above the parking spots (if you are not sure, it is best to send me a message before booking, there are also pictures of both parking areas in the gallery). Guest access My father Matjaz (who will welcome you) lives on the first floor of the house and is available to answer any questions. The garden is available for guests to use. In the summer months (usually from the end of May until end of September), we also rent out a small cabin on the same property that accommodates 2 people (maximum) so the garden will be shared with them. The tables and chairs in the garden and on the terrace are not shared. Other things to note We politely ask guests to clean up their dog's waste in the garden.
