Walk to Russell-Fields Pier or Pier Park for shopping, dining, and entertainment, or drive a few minutes to family favorites like Shipwreck Island Waterpark. **Construction Notice – Please Read Before Booking We want to inform our valued guests that the resort will be undergoing a walkway resurfacing project from November 10, 2025, through January 26, 2026. This important maintenance work will take place on the 2nd through 6th floors of the East and West Towers. Our unit is located on the 19th floor and will not be directly impacted by this project. However, please be aware of the following: -Construction noise (grinding, dust, etc.) will be present on lower floors, especially during the early part of the project. -Walkways on certain floors will be temporarily closed during the coating phase. -Work is expected to occur Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. -The schedule may shift slightly depending on weather conditions. Despite the work happening below, our unit remains fully accessible and operational, and the high-floor location helps to minimize noise and disturbance inside the condo. This resort-wide improvement will enhance the property overall, and we truly appreciate your understanding during this brief period of maintenance. **Construction on a new dune ramp begins December 22, 2025 and will take about 75 days. During this time, the current stairs will be unavailable. Guests can use the public walkway at the west end of Tower II for beach access. Thank you for your understanding! The pass must be printed prior to your arrival, left in your windshield and displayed for entry and exit to the gated parking garage upon arrival and throughout your stay. Calypso Resort & Towers does not allow trailer parking, golf carts, scooters, mini vehicles or boats of any type on premises or in the parking deck. Max vehicle height is 7' and there is no promise of onsite parking for oversized vehicles. -Please see our Additional Rules section for Calypso's policy on Beach Chair & Tent Policy. -It is a felony to throw anything off of the balcony. You will be ejected immediately and no refunds will be given. We welcome extended stays of 28+ nights, perfect for traveling professionals or guests needing a longer visit. With all the comforts of home and a convenient location, our property makes an ideal home base for work or an extended getaway. Please note: For any stay of 28+ nights, a property inspection is required every 28 nights to ensure the home remains in good condition. Guests may also add a cleaning service during their stay for an additional fee, which will be paid by the guest. The guest making the reservation must also be present for the duration of the stay. -Third party bookings are NOT allowed. -A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation. If the agreement is not signed and the reservation is not paid in full, you will not receive the arrival information. Provided all requirements are met, the arrival details will be emailed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. -Please note: For any stay of 28+ nights, a property inspection is required every 28 nights to ensure the home remains in good condition. Guests may also add a cleaning service during their stay for an additional fee, which will be paid by the guest. -Check-in is anytime after 4 PM Central Time. You may request an early arrival for an additional fee; however, please note that it is not guaranteed, as it depends on the availability of the unit after morning check-outs and the cleaning & inspection schedule. If you require an early arrival, you may consider booking for the night prior. -Check-out is strictly at 10 AM Central Time. Any departure after this time will result in an additional fee. -Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am per the City of Panama City Beach Noise Ordinance -Please understand that Florida's natural environment includes bugs, insects, ants, mosquitoes, and spiders. We perform regular interior and exterior pest control, but keeping doors, windows, and sliders closed will help prevent entry. No refunds will be issued for sightings of bugs or wildlife in or around the property. -Supplies: We provide a starter pack of supplies, including 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, 1 packet of dish detergent and 1 packet of laundry detergent, to get you started. For additional supplies, there are nearby stores. This is meant to get you through your first day or so until you can get to a store. -By renting this home you acknowledge that you understand you enter and occupy the premises at your own risk and that the homeowner and Sun & Sand Rentals are not and will not be responsible for injuries or deaths that may occur on our property. You, and all of your guests attending, agree that everything you use is at your own risk, including any beach equipment left on the property. By renting this home, you agree that you are also financially responsible for any third party damages that are caused by your group. Neither the homeowner or Sun & Sand Rentals are liable, financially or otherwise, for any accidental or intentional third party damages your party causes.
