Margs Central Stay is a great holiday apartment right in the middle of Margaret River town, opposite the Margaret River bakery and a short stroll to the river walk trails. There are 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a king bed, TV, air-conditioner and small balcony, the 2nd bedroom has a king & a single bed. It’s a great space for two couples or friends to share or for a family of 5. The space Downstairs there is an open plan living / dining area that opens off the kitchen. There is also a laundry with powder room (2nd toilet & hand basin). Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with separate shower and spa bath, the toilet is next to the bathroom in a powder room. The apartment is fully self contained and offers a full kitchen, laundry with washing machine & dryer, reverse cycle air-conditioner to the living area and both bedrooms and an open plan living area which opens onto a deck with BBQ. There is also a seperate lockable storage shed opposite the apartment that can be used to store bikes, surfboards etc. Other things to note Sorry no pets. Strict No Leavers Policy. No Parties. Cleaning Fee: Please note our cleaning fee includes the linen fee (Airbnb combines the two fees in one). While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins.
