We charge per person per day! Minimum daily rate of R$ 1,300 for up to 20 guests. Minimum of 2 days; From the 21st to the 30th, we charge an additional R$ 65 per person/day. Single-day event from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. see rates; Cleaning Fee R$300. We have special packages for long holidays, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival for 20, 25 or 30 people with different prices. Our daily rates are 24 hours starting at 6 p.m. until 6 p.m. the next day. Please contact us if you have any questions. LOUD NOISE UNTIL 10 P.M. The space The house has 2 en-suites, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a balcony, an open-plan kitchen, a barbecue with an industrial stove, a freezer, a refrigerator, a beer cooler, a sound system for a pendrive and Bluetooth, and disco lighting. 5 x 10 m adult pool and 3 x 3 m children's pool with slide and separate whirlpool with waterfall and RGB LED lighting with rhythmic function and disco. We have 2 changing rooms and 6 more bathrooms. Dead end street where 50 cars park and 15 cars inside. Game room with foosball, pool table/ping pong, card table and cable TV. Guest access Check-in 6 p.m. Check-out 6 p.m. Minimum of 2 nights Weekend Rental (the entire area) Single Day Event (leisure area, barbecue, changing rooms and 1 room) the house and annex will be locked.
