We charge per person and per day! Minimum Daily of R$1,300 up to 20 guests. 2 day minimum; From 21⁰ to 30⁰ we charge the additional amount of R$65 per person/day . Single day event from 8 am to 6 pm refer to values; Cleaning Fee R$300. We have special packages for extended holidays, Christmas, New Year and Carnival for 20, 25 or 30 people with different values. Our daily rates are 24 hours starting from 6pm to 6pm the next day. Please let us know about your questions. SOUND LOUD UNTIL 22HS The space The house has 2 suites, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, balcony, American kitchen, barbecue with industrial stove, freezer, refrigerator, brewery, ambient sound system for pendrive and Bluetooth, disco lighting. Swimming pool 5 x 10 m adult and 3 x 3 m child with slide and separate whirlpool with waterfall and RGB led lighting with rhythmic function and nightclub. We have 2 dressing rooms and 6 more bathrooms. Dead-end street where 50 cars and indoor 15 cars. Game room with Foosball, Pool/Ping Pong Table, Card Table and Cable TV. Guest access Check-in 18hs Check-out 18hs Minimum of 2 nights Weekend Rental ( the whole area) Single Day Event (leisure area, barbecue, changing rooms and 1 room ) the house and annex will be locked.
