The apartment is just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD. The space consist of 1 bedroom, Lounge area, fully functional kitchen, Bathroom plus Parking. Designated living and dining framed by panoramic city and water views Modern renovated kitchen, open plan with stone benches & gas cooking One generously sized bedroom, with built-in robe and ceilings fan Bathroom includes floor to ceiling tiles, shower over bath and good storage Lift access to covered car space plus additional visitor parking for guests Exclusive use of pool and BBQ and outdoor dining facilities Unit 49 is on the 10th floor. Guest access Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience. Other things to note The washing machine is in the building. Not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated. All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. *Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details.
