WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP 1 bedroom on the first floor (queen) and two bedrooms up (king, two twins). If you need flexibility, there is a queen floor futon as well and a pack n play in the closet (bring your own sheets for the pack n play) THREE SEASON ROOM The three-season room has a wall heater making it usable year-round if you would like to use it. We enjoy having two living areas - the front room and living room, when the kids want a different show than the parents. KITCHEN We spend a lot of time here and do a lot of cooking and baking. You'll find crockpot, hand mixer, flexibrew coffee pot (k-cup or pot), french press, electric kettle, smaller food processer, toaster, microwave, gas stove, kid friendly dishware This is an older home that we are working toward a renovation but it has newer furniture and appliances. The window AC makes a huge difference in warm weather, and we have plenty of heating options for the winter (fireplace and wall units) to make it cozy. Outdoors includes a nice patio, grill, firepit, parking for a trailor if needed. We have a 30AMP plug for a small camper (please message if you intend to use, additional fee applies) we have some beach chairs, camp chairs, wagon. Laundry available in the garage. Books and games. Guest access You have full access to the home and garage (store your bikes) minus (2) closets. Other things to note This is not a waterfront property; Lake Huron is three houses down. There is a neighborhood access point (small), but we usually just go to the state park to swim. We are a stone's throw from the marina if you have a boat - and we have enough yard space if you need to park a boat/boat trailer. My family rides bikes as much as possible, including into town. If you just want to sit on the deck and look at the water, this isn't the place but if you are up for the lure of a walk or bike ride with gorgeous views, then we hope you'll love it as much as we do! If you are bringing a dog, there is a pet beach on the bayside of the state park. We include Damage Coverage for incidental damages up to $500 in addition to Airbnb coverage; this will show up in your billing as a $32 fee, so fee assured that in the event of any accidental damage you are covered! We always appreciate a heads up - things happen (we have 3 boys and dogs - we KNOW!) but we appreciate your notice ASAP so we can fix anything before the next guests arrive.
