About this listing Welcome to our 50 m² apartment, which we have tastefully furnished for you with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The apartment is located right in the center of town, on Probsteier Platz, the heart of Laboe, but is very quiet. Bakeries, drugstore, Sky market, ice cream parlor and various restaurants are within walking distance in 1 to 5 minutes. The idyllically located Baltic Sea resort of Laboe is located directly on the eastern shore of the Kiel Fjord. Living room The living room, in which the kitchenette is also located, is cozy and modernly furnished with a large dining table, a couch (foldable as a double bed with a bed box) with a table and 2 armchairs, a living room wall with a flat-screen TV, a music system and 2 floor lamps in warm earth tones. Guest access Access to all rooms in the apartment. Interaction with guests We are sometimes available in person as a contact person, but are always available to you by email, SMS, WeChat or WhatsApp. District/location overview Laboe is a former small fishing village, which was first mentioned in 1240 AD. It is picturesquely located on the east bank of the Kiel Fjord and has a lot of charm. The beach is about 100 m away and invites you to many activities in any weather. Even if the apartment is very centrally located, it is very quiet and invites you to relax and unwind. The beach, various restaurants and shops are within 100 - 300 m and thus easily accessible. The state capital of Kiel can be reached by car in about 30 minutes and offers many other possibilities. Transportation Buses run to Kiel several times an hour every day. Parking options Your car is safe and secure in the parking space belonging to the apartment. Other things to note Our motto is: "You arrive as guests & you leave as friends!"
