When needed, there's also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The renovations completed in late 2024 include new flooring, fresh paint, expanding the closet space, installing a new hot water heater, a new AC unit, new TVs, and new major appliances. While this Shipwatch condo does not offer ocean views or any private outdoor living space like a balcony, it offers one of the easiest locations within the complex for accessing the Shipwatch amenities. Amenities include the spacious Shipwatch complex pool that is just a short walk away. This beautiful pool is heated during parts of the year and offers a large deck for finding shade. There is a community grilling area, picnic tables, and a bike rack available for guests as well. Guests can also enjoy the walking and biking trails that weave throughout the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP.) This sprawling community is 1,340 acres and is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Rent bikes or a golf cart through a local vendor to explore even further. 1321 Shipwatch is conveniently located for partaking in the dining, shopping, and spa services offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. Golf is also available at the Little Sandy short course right within the AIP. For guests convenience, there's a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and beach towels.
