Wade N Sea is a unique 2 bedroom home nestled in the community of Spinnaker’s Reach! Neighborhood streets and a golf cart provide easy beach and pool access, while just to the left is a turtle pond for hours of enjoyment for the little ones! Linens are provided within the cleaning cost for ease of arrival. It is truly a place to cherish nature all around! The home is a duplex, and therefore, the driveway is shared, but the golf cart and ground level are all yours! We host 1000s of happy guests each year and look forward to more! SPINNAKER’S REACH This home is located within the private community of Spinnaker’s Reach in Emerald Isle. The lively and very family friendly vibe is apparent as soon as you pass through the entrance- bright colored homes are sprinkled down the tree lined streets. The farthest distance from any home to the beach access is a maximum 0.8 miles. This translates into easy access to the community’s beach access and pool house from any property. The community offers golf cart parking at the community beach access as well as a pool house complete with covered picnic tables and restrooms. The beaches along this portion of Emerald Isle can be easily walked, has the perfect place to park a chair and umbrella for the day, or even plenty of open surf to cast a line. Surf fishing is also a favorite past time during the Fall months. Emerald Isle as a whole is very bicycle friendly- there is a bike path that connects Spinnaker’s Reach to all of Emerald Isle! It is a separate path and safe for riders of all ages. The nearest restaurants and nightlife are just over a mile away while the grocery stores are about 1.5 down the bike path as well. The center of town is just about 2.5 miles… and still connected by the bike path. Located just a few minutes from the beach access and community pool, this home comes with a golf cart for an easier way to get your beach items to the sand! Upon entering Wade n Sea you will be happy you chose this quaint vacation spot for you and your family! The open layout creates a spacious living area. The well-stocked kitchen, dining room table, and living area is decorated with soft tones to invite you in! The Queen primary suite is equipped with a private bath which includes a soaking tub and 2 closets. The "kids" guest room is furnished with 2 Twin beds and there is a hall bath for them to share with the main living area. Both rooms are delightfully decorated to make them easy to enjoy! As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens will be laundered between guests, even the comforters. The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be less than a 10 minute walk from Wade N Sea or an even faster golf cart ride!
