Why stay in a hotel when you can have all the comforts of home plus a river view. ACCESS THE COMAL RIVER DIRECTLY FROM THE PROPERTY 550 square feet. Balcony has a river view. You will be on the 3rd floor with elevator access. You will have access to the pool, hot tub, picnic tables and bbq pits. There is an on site washer and dryer available for a fee. Common space has a couch bed and bunk beds, the bedroom has a king size bed. ***Important*** * The condo is aloud one parking pass. There is additional parking on the streets next to the parking lot. During off season (September to March) there has been no issues with additional vehicle parking in the parking lot. *please keep in mind the condo is a small one bedroom. You can have up to six guest, and we have many friend groups of six stay and have a great time. Comfortably four adults or a small family works best. *What To Bring* Paper and kitchen products (extra paper towels, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra trash bags), cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap for onsite laundry, food items, personal hygiene supplies, and grilling equipment. *What’s included* 2 Trash bags One roll of paper towels 2 rolls of toilet paper Shampoo Conditioner Body wash Beach towels for pool area 6 bath towels 6 wash clothes 2 dish pods Dish soap Hand soap Variety of pool floats and toys ** I do have a variety of toys for small children along with baby/ toddler gear. We are located at the beginning of the comal river. With 400ft of river frontage. There are plenty of tube rentals nearby within walking distance. We are a 3 minute drive to all 3 of Schlitterbahn's Waterpark locations. We are walking distance to the downtown square, right around the corner from Landa Park, and across the street from a public golf corse. Centrally located in the middle of San Antonio and Austin with a 20 minute drive to the San Marcus Outlet Malls We are walking distance to downtown. Everything else is accessible by car. There is an additional parking area that is first come first serve.
