Luxury period property - hot tub, sandy beach 7 m

A stunning and spacious Georgian countryside residence only 7-8 miles from several sandy beaches. It has 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a focus on comfort and luxury. It has many facilities all free to use: Hot tub with outdoor warm shower - Cinema den - Fire pit - 2 surfboards and 4 boogie boards - Indoor and outdoor games - Underfloor heating - 2 working fireplaces - Wifi throughout and study - Toiletries & towels - Large well-equipped kitchen - BBQ and lots of seating The space The house was newly renovated in 2021 to a high standard. You will have the whole house and grounds to yourself during your stay, nothing is shared or overlooked. The check in and check out times are 4:00pm and 10:00am. If there is no booking either side of your stay, I will offer you earlier check in and later check out times. There is an EV charger for those with electric/hybrid vehicles. just plug it into your car and pay £10 into the honesty box each time you charge it. The house is suitable for those in a wheelchair (as long as you bring your own ramp for the 2 steps up to the house), because the ground floor includes the kitchen (with its own double french door access), dining room, lounge (with its own double french door access), and king bedroom with an accessible ensuite that has a wet room shower, bath with handles and wide entrance from the bedroom. It has stairgates for the basement and upstairs, adding safety for those with children and pets. It also features x2 woodburners (one at the back of the kitchen and one in the lounge), with a safety grill. You can access the hot tub via the basement door or the back of the kitchen. Both have steps leading to and from the hot tub, so this is not wheelchair accessible. There are plug-in festoon lights surrounding the hot tub. The kitchen table seats up to 10, but 8 comfortably. The dining room just off the kitchen seats 6. The lounge seats 10 and the cinema den has x4 large beanbags and sofas seating 4/5. There are x2 picnic benches on the BBQ terrace seating 12, plus you can take x6 additional chairs outside located just inside the kitchen. There are benches around the fire pit, an outdoor dining table and x6 chairs and 4 stools at the bottom of the garden with cushions, x2 sun loungers, plus a bench along the back of the decking where the hot tub is located. There is a woodshed behind the kitchen which stores logs you can help yourself to, the croquet set, as well as the 2 surfboards, 4 boogie boards and soft roofrack you can borrow for free. Next to the cinema room in the basement is a games room, where you can play velcro darts, plus help yourself to the badminton set, balls, snorkelling gear, water pistols etc. You can also hang your wetsuits in there to dry and there's an additional full height fridge-freezer, plus highchairs, clothes hangers, ironing board, yoga mats etc. Guest access All spaces in the property can be used. There are a few trunks and cupboards that are labelled or locked, which contain either bedding for the cleaners' use only, or locked cupboards in the basement housing the owner's equipment. But every bedroom still has drawers, hanging and cupboard space for guest use only. There is parking for at least 4 cars in the driveway, and an EV charger (please pop £10 into honesty box with each charge). The bedroom en-suite is on the ground floor, making it accessible for wheelchair users, you just need to bring your own ramp for the few steps up to the house. Other things to note There is a rechargeable Bluetooth Anker speaker for indoor and outdoor use and 2 rechargeable lanterns that you can carry around the garden at night. The citrus candles in the pink kitchen cupboard are especially good for warding off bugs in the summertime, for outside use only. The games console is a Super Nintendo Classic Mini Console. Feel free to bring your own consoles but please dont remove the lead at the end of your stay!
